Mike Jarrard, President and COO says, "As part of our succession planning Bixby Ramsey is moving into field operations where he will work alongside his father, Dick, who has been with the company for 38 years. Dick's father, Bill, ran our field operations before him so we are thrilled to have a third generation family member becoming an integral part of our sourcing operations. Grower relations are a high priority for us and Bixby will do a great job managing our grower base and our back to the ranch performance."
