Markon Cooperative Launches Ready-Set-Serve® Harvest Crisp Blend; Andy Hamilton Shares

Recently, the company announced the launch of its new proprietary Ready-Set-Serve® Harvest Crisp Blend salad mix, which will be available through its member distributors in the United States and Canada.

This exciting new offering was developed at Markon’s Chef Summit, an annual event that brings together its member and foodservice customer chefs to support innovation and the Salinas Valley, California, community. According to a release, the blend consists of kale leaves, shredded broccoli, carrots, and radishes. The combination of textures and flavors makes it servable raw or cooked throughout the day.
