MONTEREY, CA - In an effort to spur industry growth, PRO*ACT has recently announced its partnership with Strategic Sourcing International (SSI).
“We see great potential for growth and innovation within the produce supply chain as we open our portfolio of services to the industry,” said President and Chief Executive Officer, Chip Walker. “We have assembled a team of industry leaders, innovators, and investors who have an aligned desire and vision to accomplish this.”
SSI has announced that it has already secured funding for future investments in all facets of the produce supply chain, a press release explained. The corporation will serve as the parent company of PRO*ACT with minority investments in other vertical companies as it looks to create a synergistic alignment within its portfolio of companies.
