Raley’s Partners with Instacart to Expand Delivery Services
SACRAMENTO, CA - For those over on the West Coast, Raley’s, Bel Air, and Nob Hill is one of our go-to grocery stores. I’ve been through a lot of cities around our little metropolis, and I always seem to have at least one within a drivable distance from me. Imagine my happiness when I found out that Raley’s has partnered with Instacart, one of the national leaders in grocery delivery.
“The demand from customers for delivery service has continued to steadily grow, and this partnership with Instacart will expand our services to reach more customers,” said Deirdre Zimmermann, Raley’s Chief Customer Experience Officer. “We are excited to bring Raley’s great products and competitive prices to Instacart’s loyal customers.”
Raley’s has been offering pickup and delivery through its own online platform, eCart, since 2017, but this new partnership will allow the family-owned grocer to bring healthy, fresh, high-quality offerings at affordable prices to even more customers. According to the press release, Instacart’s network of shoppers will pick, pack, and deliver the items on a customer’s grocery list in as fast as an hour. Good news: Raley’s Something Extra members will still earn points on their Instacart purchases, leading to more savings in 93 Raley’s, Bel Air, and Nob Hill Foods locations throughout Northern California and Nevada,
“We know busy people and families are always looking for time-saving options when shopping for groceries and household essentials,” said Andrew Nodes, Vice President of Retail for Instacart. “We’re proud to partner with Raley’s to broaden their eCommerce offerings and help customers get what they need, delivered where and when they need it.”
Standard minimums and delivery fees apply, but first time customers of Raley’s and Instacart can enter the code HIRALEYS20 at checkout for $20 off the first order of $35 or more.
