Volm Companies' Marsha Pozza Discusses Organic Grower Summit

FRESNO, CA - Come rain or shine—as evidenced by last year’s event—attendees of the annual Organic Grower Summit (OGS) will be hitting the show floor in Monterey, California, later this week. Volm Companies is one industry operator that will have its offerings on display.

Marsha Pozza, Director of Marketing, Volm Companies“Volm will feature its complete line of fresh produce packaging, with a special focus on sustainable options including two of our newest products: the recyclable pouch and paper pillow packs,” said Marsha Pozza, Director of Marketing.

Marsha went on to explain that anyone involved in fresh produce, organics, or otherwise is missing out if they don’t experience this show. It creates a warm and welcoming environment where attendees are able to meet many of the key players who supply and support this market.

“We are most looking forward to the people, of course! Last year, the booth team was very impressed by how many new people they were able to meet both on the trade show floor and during the networking events,” Marsha told me. “They met some wonderful people and really soaked in all they could learn, see, and experience at OGS.”

Volm’s main goal for the show is to be present and available to customers and booth visitors. That being said, the company has added a third representative to the roster this year.

Marsha added that the company aims to develop its relationships with the Organic Produce Network and Western Growers, who are hosting the event. Volm recently joined the Western Growers Association, and this is a great opportunity to show its support.

“We hope all who are able to stop by and say hello do so. Our team of Tom Kiss, Breanne Steadman, and Ryan Callaway will be full of energy and armed with a wealth of knowledge in solutions for packaging and packing equipment,” Marsha concluded. “It’s our pleasure to share what we know and some of our experience in helping growers make good, sound decisions with their packaging and packing operations.”

Be sure to pay the Volm Companies team a visit if you will be in attendance! And stick with ANUK for more event coverage.
