DUBLIN, OH – Hot on the heels of Wendy’s celebration of National Salad Month, the fast-casual eatery is introducing a new Strawberry Mango Chicken Salad to its deliciously different salad line-up.

The limited edition salad is available through Labor Day. According to a company announcement, the new fruit and veggie loaded offering pairs perfectly with refreshing summer flavors.

Topped with juicy chunks of mango, hand-cut strawberries, tangy feta cheese, crunchy sunflower seeds, and topped with a drizzle of Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Honey Citrus Vinaigrette, the company assures eaters that their taste buds will not be disappointed.

Wendy’s expects to serve more than two million pounds of mangos throughout the summer—at a pace that will allow for optimum freshness, with shipments of crisp produce shipped to restaurants two to three times each week.

The announcement is the latest addition to the company’s growing lineup of fresh salad options. Last month, the company introduced a slew of salad options sure to please consumers and drive salad sales, including:
