Director of Produce at La Michoacana-El Ahorro Dennis Eric Quintana Passes Away
TEXAS - Heavy hearts can be felt across the industry as we mourn the loss of produce champion Dennis Eric Quintana, who recently passed away on June 14.
Born on August 26, 1971 and raised in Santa Fe, Texas, Quintana’s most prominent passions were his wife and children, with whom he loved spending all of his free time. Following this was his unparalleled passion for the produce business.
He began his career in the industry with Albertsons as a Produce Clerk, later holding the role of Produce Manager, Assistant Sales Manager in Phoenix, and Sales Manager in Houston. He spent his last four years with La Michoacana-El Ahorro, a large Texas-based company.
Quintana is survived by wife Adrianna, son Trevor, daughter Gabrielle, and son Gage; grandmother Marie Quintana, parents Dennis T. and Edwina M. Quintana; beloved sister Ramona Marie Trujillo and husband Randy Trujillo; Goddaughter Christiana Trujillo; mother-in-law Eva and father-in-law Larry Garcia; beloved sister-in-laws Alicia and Avery and Leslie Garcia, brother-in-law Larry and Shannon Garcia; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
