One pound microwaveable bags are currently available at Ippolito International but two pound bags will be in stores within the next few weeks. The brussels sprouts are washed and ready to eat. VP of Sales & Marketing, Paul Mocettini, explained, “The one pound bag is great for consumer convenience and is easy to take home and put in the microwave. We have experienced an increase in demand for Brussels sprouts over the past two years.”
