United Natural Foods Adds to Board of Directors

United Natural Foods, Inc. has announced the appointment of Denise M. Clark to the company’s Board of Directors. She joins UNFI as an independent director and has over two decades of information technology experience under her belt, including experience in delivery of enterprise resource planning, digital platforms, and innovative business transformation initiatives, according to a press release.
Her appointment was effective beginning Feb. 21, 2013 and will increase the number of directors to nine, including seven independent directors.
Clark has served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for the Estee Lauder Companies since November 2012. Her resume includes time at Hasbro, Mattel, Fisher Price, Warner Music Group, and Apple Inc.
