Edge Sales and Marketing Promotes Lisa Davis to Director of Business Development
Edge Sales and Marketing has promoted its former marketing manager, Lisa Davis, to Director of Business Development. As the marketing manager of Edge Sales for more than 5 years, Lisa will bring valuable marketing and advertising business experience and national perspectives to Edge that complements the company’s well-established record in the produce marketing industry, according to a press release.
“Lisa’s extensive professional experience coupled with her intimate understanding of our clients, customers, and the produce industry will serve her well in further developing our current and new business for Edge Sales and Marketing,” says Brad Raffanti, Edge President.
Lisa will continue her marketing duties, as well as developing new business at Edge Sales and continuing to grow the existing business with their current top tier brands. She will manage headquarters business for the Raley’s banners that consists of Nob Hill/Bel Air, as well as Save Mart banners which include Lucky’s and Food Maxx.
“I believe for businesses to be successful they must have a national approach to their strategy, which is the philosophy that I hope to take on as the new director of business development for Edge,” said Lisa. “I am looking forward to helping Edge’s clients address the challenges and capture the opportunities in the increasingly competitive business environment in produce marketing.”
Lisa has also served as vice chair for PMA’s Fresh Summit Committee 2013 and will chair the committee in 2014. She serves on the United Fresh Produce Association Marketing Expertise Committee and is a committee member for the Northern California Chapter of Fresh Produce and Floral Council.
