ORLANDO, FL - When you want to tone your muscles, you can go to the gym, but where does one go when they want to work on their mental fitness? To Leadership Coach Wendy McManus of Connect 2 Potential, of course! Currently, produce industry members have two opportunities to join her seven-week Mental Fitness Boot Camp, with one group starting mid-July and the other in September.

The Mental Fitness Boot Camps are small group programs, so just a few spots remain open for both start times, a release stated. Through these groups, participants will learn how to recognize and quiet inner voices that hold them back, while amplifying those that drive them forward toward their goals.

During every session, boot camp attendees will gather strategies for managing their own brains and building habits to help them use these important skills in all areas of their lives.

The program works by using daily app-guided exercises with weekly training videos and group coaching calls. Through the supportive community that is created, participants will have an easier time staying on track in order to get the most out of the opportunity.
