Industry Leaders Discuss Empathy in Marketing During United Fresh Produce Association's BrandStorm™

WASHINGTON, DC - United Fresh Produce Association’s sixth annual BrandStorm event is just around the corner, and many of us will be getting a lesson in empathy. Taking place March 9-11, the anticipated event will feature two sessions led by key industry leaders designed to facilitate dialogue around empathy in marketing.

Ajit Saxena, Public Relations and Digital Marketing Manager, Mucci Farms“Empathy is a lens through which all of our marketing communications decisions are made,” shared Ajit Saxena, Public Relations and Digital Marketing Manager, Mucci Farms, who will be joining the discussion. “Consumers want to develop relationships with brands, and the feeling is mutual. It’s important that our marketing echoes that sentiment by placing a high degree of emphasis on analyzing our often unpredictable social culture, in real-time.”

The session will take place online on Tuesday, March 9, at 2:00 pm EST, as noted in a press release, during which Saxena and Healthy Family Project Managing Director Amanda Keefer will open up a dialogue with United Fresh’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Mary Coppola, surrounding the ways to navigate empathy in consumer marketing during a time when emotions and opinions are running high.
