With April marking the peak season for artichokes this year, Ocean Mist Farms and Rouses Supermarkets have partnered up to set a new world record for assembling the world’s largest fresh artichoke display at a Rouses Supermarkets store in New Orleans. With 20,000 fresh green globe Ocean Mist Farms artichokes, the Rouses Markets team shaped the display into a well known city symbol: the Fleur-di-lis. The artichokes that are shipping out of Castroville, California are in good supply and are hitting produce shelves as we speak.
