LOS ANGELES, CA - Hollywood should be clearing a space on the Walk of Fame for one powerful produce star—T&G Global's Envy™ apples. Taking to the big screen, the premium apple brand was recently featured on some of America’s favorite TV shows.

Cecilia Flores Paez, Head of Marketing for North America, T&G Global“We’ve been so excited, and enjoyed a few good laughs, watching Envy earn such widespread pop culture coverage in recent days,” said Cecilia Flores Paez, T&G Global Head of Marketing for North America. “It’s also very validating. Envy is an apple with a lot of momentum in the marketplace, and as we see its global appeal continue to grow, it has been affirming to see Envy pop up into so many cultural conversations.”

On a recent episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, Corden noticed head writer Ian Karmel munching on a juicy apple just off the stage, leaving the host to audibly question why he decided to bite into an apple just as they were starting their live show. To this question, Karmel’s response was simple: “It’s a good-a%# apple,” Karmel noted between bites. “You ever had an Envy apple?”

The apple has also earned its spot on daytime TV on the hit show Jeopardy, which featured Envy apples as one of the most valuable clues in an episode, a press release noted. In the same week, Envy was also featured in a U.K. trivia show called The Chase.

The beloved branded apple variety is marketed by Oppy, CMI Orchards, and Rainier Fruit Company. Clearly, the Envy apple makes a great co-star, and an even better impression on consumers.
