Achieving another milestone, Windset Farms® has announced that its brands are now Non-GMO Project Verified. By participating in the Non-GMO Project Verification Program Windset Farms® is building on its mission to provide its consumers with safe, delicious, nutrient-rich foods, according to a press release.

“We are so excited to participate in this verification program that clarifies to the industry and our consumers that we exclusively use naturally-bred seed varieties,” says John Newell, COO of Windset Farms®. Moving forward, Windset Farms® will begin to incorporate the Non-GMO Project seal on its packaging.

A non-profit organization, initiated in North America, the Non-GMO Project began verifying products in 2010 and since then, has gained significant consumer recognition. The organization is committed to educating consumers and providing them with verified non-GMO choices by offering third party verification and standardized labeling.
