AeroFarms’ new Baby Bok Choy - The New Spinach reimagines the spinach experience in a juicier, more flavorful, and even more nutrient-dense, way. The addition of the new microgreens, which were a response to overwhelming consumer demand, are produced year-round at the highest quality, and offer a great visual and flavor appeal, giving home chefs a simple and delicious way to elevate their dishes. These microgreens also offer a powerful way to provide a potent boost of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.

All AeroFarms leafy greens are safely grown indoors in New Jersey at one of AeroFarms’ commercial indoor vertical farms that are certified for USDA Good Agricultural Practices, SQF Level 2 Good Manufacturing Practices, Non-GMO Project Verification, and OU Kosher, as noted in the release.

To bring these innovative new offerings to market, AeroFarms begins by selecting flavorful varieties of microgreens and baby greens, then perfects them in its proprietary indoor vertical farms to optimize quality, yield, color, nutrition, texture, and taste. To help display the breadth of flavors and varieties the grower can provide, the company has developed its signature FlavorSpectrum™, which uses colors to depict the taste consumers can expect when trying out the products.
