LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE, CA - Not every company has values as firmly entrenched as Allen Lund Company. Kindness and charity are some of its major pillars, beginning with Founder, Allen Lund. 2018 saw the company’s third successful year of a wide range of charitable acts from its offices across the nation.

Starting at the company’s 40th year anniversary in 2016, it kicked off a charity initiative across the company. In 2018 alone, over 70 acts of kindness were performed, with $250,000 of charitable donations.

"My parents taught me that it's great to be able to give money, but even better to get involved. If you have something you can share or help an organization, then give your time and energy" commented, President Eddie Lund. "In my dad's last address to company management; he wanted to make sure the acts of kindness continue. He felt it should be a cornerstone of the company, and that Allen Lund Company is known for giving back to their communities."

According to the press release, each Allen Lund office was encouraged to complete an act of kindness of their choosing. The acts of kindness spanned activities including donating food and care packets, raising funds, race challenges, donating time and services, and honoring veterans.

Across the country, Allen Lund offices participated in a multitude of projects, including organizations such as Soles4Souls, Circle V Ranch Camp, Toys for Tots, Military Heroes, Mission Haiti, and many others, as well as a variety of regional charities.

The company’s commitment to giving back and supporting local communities goes all the way back to its roots, a testament to the success of the company. The acts of kindness are the company’s way of showing communities how grateful it is for their continuing support.
