Chemstar Corporation Announces Agreement to Acquire Sterilox
LITHIA SPRINGS, GA - Yesterday, Chemstar Corporation announced a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the assets of Sterilox Fresh, a leading manufacturer of electrolyzed water used in supermarket and food service settings.

The Sterilox Fresh brands, which focus on enhancing the quality and customer satisfaction of perishable foods, include Sterilox® generators, Produce Maxx™, FloraFresh®. These products appear in the fresh perimeter departments of thousands of supermarkets across the US and Canada.
According to a press release, Tom Daniel, Senior VP and General Manager of PuriCore’s Supermarket Retail Business, Sterilox Fresh, along with members of his team, will join Chemstar and continue operating and promoting these successful brands. It is expected that current customers and partners would experience minimal interruption of service or support during the transition. The Malvern, PA company is a division of PuriCore Inc., a healthcare company. The purchase is subject to PuriCore shareholder approval and other requirements.
