Curry & Co Hires Bruce Turner as Director of Sales and Business Development

Curry & Company has hired Bruce Turner as Director of Sales and Business Development for berries. Turner has over 25-years in the produce industry under his belt and has experience with shipping, packing, marketing and retail.
“It’s rare to find someone that has had experience and success in virtually all aspects of this business. And for a 25-year plus industry veteran, I find his enthusiasm is still contagious,” said President Matt Curry.
Most recently, Turner was a part of the marketing team at Oneonta Starr Ranch Growers. Prior to that position, Turner was the Director of Operations at Giumarra VBM International Berry in Wenatchee, WA.In his new role, Turner’s responsibilities will include both domestic and import berries. He will help grow Curry & Company’s domestic blueberry program which currently includes blueberries and blackberries from California, Oregon and Washington. Their import program features blueberries from Argentina and Chile and will expand to Mexico as well.
“I love working with growers domestically and internationally; working together to provide consumers with a wonderful eating experience,” said Turner.
