Dulcinea Farms: PMA Fresh Summit 2010
We met up with Kevin Leap, Sales Director at Dulcinea Farms, to discuss the company’s plans for 2011. Dulcinea‘s focus will be on showcasing the brix levels in their two core items this season, the PureHeart watermelon and Tuscan style cantaloupe. Among the sampled recipes featured at the show were a delicious blend of watermelon juice with ginger ale, icicle pops, and a mixture of yogurt and Tuscan style cantaloupes. Both the PureHeart Watermelon and the Tuscan style Cantaloupe are available year-round.
