Eagle Eye Produce PMA Foodservice 2012
Welcome to Shop Talk! On this episode Lance Poole, Vice President of Sales, Eagle Eye Produce, joins AndNowUKnow to talk about Idaho potatoes and onions as well as the company's Nogales vegetable program. The company has added 4 million packages of Nogales vegetables and watermelons out of Southern California.
The company is able to offer its foodservice partners a multi-commodity relationship because of all the varieties the company offers. Eagle Eye does a lot of consolidations whether it be with different colored potatoes and onions on the same truck, because for foodervice it is all about turns and minimizing inventory so that they can get the items to the customer.
