The company announced that it is now one of the first in its category to earn Brand Reputation Compliance (BRC) certification. BRC certification offers a unique set of food auditing standards that is tailored to the company’s role within the supply chain.

In a press release, LGS maintained that BRC certification is a more rigorous standard within the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Now as a certified company, LGS will be monitored by BRC for compliance and also have its suppliers verified for implementation of food safety and quality protocol.
