NIXA, MO - Market Fresh’s Lori Shaklee is being promoted from Director of Human Resources to Senior Director of Human Resources. Shaklee will report directly to Steve Phipps, Owner and CEO of the company.

In February of 2016, Shaklee joined Market Fresh. She is based in the Market Fresh corporate office in Nixa, MO. In her role, Shaklee is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Managing recruiting and onboarding
• Employee relations
• Policy and procedure design
• Training and development
• Performance management
• Benefit and leave administration

She will be responsible for these tasks in all three of Market Fresh’s campuses; Nixa MO, Tampa FL, and Monett MO, according to a press release.
