Nature Fresh Farm’s Dustin Meloche and Harvest Hope Food Bank’s Doug Groendyke Win November Snack Cover Contest
SACRAMENTO, CA - It’s time to put away the magnifying glasses and deerstalkers—for now—as our ANUK apple logo has been found! Amidst our spooky-themed November cover of The Snack, professionals far and wide across the industry have shown their keen eye and prowess to clinch the $100 cash prize.
First to slide into our inboxes for the supply-side was Dustin Meloche from Nature Fresh Farms. And with his newfound earnings, he hopes to bring a bit more festive cheer this holiday season.
“I plan on using the $100 to help buy gifts for my friends and family this holiday season,” he commented. “Thank you very much for the $100; it won’t go to waste!”
Not far behind, Harvest Hope Food Bank’s Doug Groendyke came in to nab the second $100 prize. He, too, has plans on lifting spirits this season with his newfound earnings.
“I’m very thankful for winning The Snack contest, as I enjoy finding the logo each month as well as reading the magazine. I’m grateful for everyone’s participation to make this contest possible each month and I plan on helping someone this holiday season,” Groendyke told us. “It may be someone I know or a stranger, wherever the good Lord leads me, as it’s important to help others and pay it forward whenever possible.”
