ONTARIO, CANADA - Shoppers are about to get closer to heaven than they ever have before, as Pure Flavor® has taken the tomato category by storm with the launch of its Cloud 9® Bite-Sized Fruity Tomatoes, which recently garnered an International Taste Award due to its sweet and unique flavor.

A jury of over 200 celebrated chefs from across 20 countries analyzed the variety and praised it for its lingering sweetness, original shape, ideal size, intense color, juicy texture, and versatility.
“It’s a strict process where all products are blind tasted; this means that the samples are anonymized, we do not see the packaging and do not know the brand name nor the producers’ name—we don’t even know from which country the product comes from. This forces us to be completely objective as we do the sensory analysis. Only truly good products are certified,” stated one of the jury members, Stijn Roelandt, Sous-Chef at Hof van Cleve.
This distinction follows 16 months of hard work put into developing the Cloud 9 brand and ensuring that shoppers can thoroughly enjoy all the subtle aspects of the tomato.
