Taylor Farms: Sidewalk Cafe Salads at Southern Exposure 2011
Taylor Farms is serving it up fresh and fast to consumers with their new Sidewalk Cafe Salads. We spoke with Vicky St. Geme, VP of Sales and Marketing, about the nutritious on-the-go salads. They are offered in six varieties, including vegetarian. St. Geme stated that research has shown consumers are buying multiple low calorie salads at the retail level as they stock up for the week ahead.
