USDA Files Action Against Triple A Grocers Inc
The U.S.D.A. has filed an administrative action against Triple A Grocers Inc. for failure to pay for produce.
The Nevada-based company has allegedly failed to pay $132,383 to 10 sellers for produce purchases from July 2010 and January 2012.
The company has an opportunity to request a hearing; however, if the USDA finds that the company committed repeated and flagrant violations, it will be barred from the produce industry for two years and its principals for one year.

In the past three years, USDA resolved approximately 5,000 claims filed under PACA involving almost $96 million.
