West Pak Avocados are Just Ripe at Fresh Summit 2010
Today, we chat with Heath Shoup, sales associate with West Pak Avocado. West Pak is a grower/packer/distributor of California, Mexican and Chilean avocados, based in Temecula, CA. Their "Just Ripe" program has met with considerable success with customers reporting a 2 to 1 increase in sales. Their state of the art conditioning rooms allow West Pak to ripen the avocados to order for retail, foodservice and wholesale operations.
