Kapi Kapi Growers Welcomes Latishia Bryant and Sharonda Masters to the Team
MIAMI, FL - Kapi Kapi Growers is expanding its prowess in the pineapple and banana categories with the addition of new team members. Shortly after announcing its expansion plan in the U.S., Latishia Bryant and Sharonda Masters have been welcomed onto the premium provider’s team.
“We are currently exploring a variety of different opportunities to connect with more logistics partners and are looking to build more relationships with various ports,” said Bryant, stepping in as the new Logistics Manager. “I’m honored to be a part of this company and look forward to continuing to grow our team and establish a presence for Kapi Kapi within the U.S.”
With nearly 14 years of experience in fresh produce transportation logistics, Bryant will focus on the company’s program execution and relationship building.
According to the release, Bryant brings a wealth of knowledge in supply chain management and leadership by fostering teamwork and cultivating a focused approach to problem-solving.
The grower’s U.S. logistics team will also gain strength in Masters, who joins with eight years of experience as a transportation coordinator focused on fresh produce. Masters joined Kapi Kapi as the Logistics Coordinator, and she will be working directly with Bryant. She will be helping Bryant with day-to-day responsibilities that ensure Kapi Kapi delivers quality products on time to its customers.
As the provider focuses on its growth in the U.S. market, the addition of these two women to the domestic team will further support the company’s goals to work with various ports around the country, enabling them to serve more customers.
Congratulations to Latishia Bryant and Sharonda Masters on their newest positions!
