Mucci Farms Launches Fresh New Products
Mucci International Marketing has announced the launch of a slew of new products.
Offerings include:
Vero – premium on the vine tomatoes – are the first item to come out of the company’s new high-tech greenhouses. They offer great cooking versatility and great health benefits and are smaller than traditional on-the-vine tomatoes.
"With its rich, red color and superior flavor, our Vero TM Premium On-The-Vine Tomatoes are a top choice for gourmands and foodies alike."
Retail partners have guided the company for best presentation practices and Mucci has gotten great results. They’re available in 500 gram clusters packaged in a pre-printed recyclable tray with Flow Wrap. QR code will link consumers to recipes database on website.
“They make my job easy,” said Joe Spano, VP of Sales and Marketing.
Also being introduced are Terreno Naturally Brown Tomatoes. Unique in appearance and taste and derived from the Italian word for "earthly," , they are grown using natural methods and are GMO free. Packaging options include 3 ct or 1 lb clear clamshell: a lidded box with one piece, high graphic, pre-printed recyclable tray with lid and clear film (anti-fog and micro-perforated) on top and bottom of package, for product visibility, breathe-ability and protection. They also boast a tamper-evident seal.
"An epicurean delight, Terreno™ Tomatoes’ sweet balance of flavor will complement your next creative presentation."
Curio, gourmet beefsteak tomatoes, are also currently available in various packaging sizes including a 3ct pre-printed, recyclable TRAY with Flow Wrap. There is also a QR code that will link consumers to recipes database on the company’s website.
"Who said “Pink” tomatoes are a thing of the past?"
Lastly, the company has kicked off its Sweet to the Point Mini Pointed Peppers, a compliment to its current line of Bellasweets and Mini Cucumbers. These peppers are a handy-sized cocktail snack or addition to a party platter. The peppers are housed in flexible packaging with high-impact graphics, QR codes, and a resealable zipper.
“It’s no wonder our new packaging is a hit with retailers and consumers,” the company said in a release.
