IDAHO FALLS, ID - Potandon Produce LLC has appointed seasoned produce executive Mike Behrendt as Regional Director of Product Procurement, based in Pendleton, Indiana.

Behrendt brings decades of leadership across the produce industry, most recently serving in senior roles at Grimmway Farms, including Vice President of Secondary Crops, General Manager of Grower Relations (potatoes), and Vice President of Potato Operations. He has also held leadership positions at Tasteful Selections and Black Gold Farms, building strong relationships across both grower and procurement communities.

In his new role at Potandon, Behrendt will lead regional procurement strategies, strengthen grower partnerships, and support the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality potatoes and onions to retail partners nationwide.
