VANCOUVER, B.C. – Village Farms is all about innovation this PMA Fresh Summit, as the company announced plans to showcase what its exclusive varities are “Better For” with the foodservice skills of Corporate Chef Darren Brown. Chef Brown will showcase the versatility of Village Farms products in its brand-new booth.

Expanding on its reputation of Good for the Earth®, according to a recent press release, Village Farms will be highlighting the following exclusive varieties and their diverse uses: 

• Heavenly Villagio Marzano®
• True Rebel Mix™
• Cabernet Estate Reserve™
• Cherry No. 9 Fall in Love Again®
• Sinfully Sweet Campari® 

Chef Brown will be dishing out signature selections using these varieties on Saturday at 11 am, and from 1 pm – 3 pm. Chef Brown will also be cultivating dishes for attendees on Sunday from 11 am – 1 pm.

Additionally, attendees can spot Village Farms in the Fresh Ideas On-the-Go showcase where it will have its 5 oz bag of its ready-to-eat Heavenly Villagio Marzano® variety on display. This same offering is also being featured at the Greenhouse Guru marketplace during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, hosted by Village Farms.
