Whole Foods Opens New Location in Oxnard, CA
Ventura County shoppers are welcoming the grand opening of the new Whole Foods location in Oxnard as the store opens its doors to the public on June 19 at 9 a.m. The company is known for tailoring each of their locations to fit well within the surrounding area. The 30,000 square foot Oxnard location will feature a casual lounge and restaurant called Bar Rincon, named after the nearby popular surfing spot.
This Oxnard location, at 650 Town Center Drive, is the second Whole Foods Market in Ventura County due to a growing demand for fresh and organic products in the area. The new location will also feature an expansive produce section, meat department, seafood department, hot and cold bar options, a full in-store bakery, a juice and coffee bar, bulk and raw foods, prepared foods, a whole body sections, a floral department, free Wi-Fi and a large beer and wine selection.

The interior of the store reflects Oxnard’s beach culture with design elements inspired by exploration and travel. The color scheme within the new location is also a representation of the bright local colors of Oxnard.
