BROCKTON, MA - Not all consumers are as big of veg-heads as those of us in the industry—some need a little push to eat their veggies, and not just the kids. Concord Foods launched a line of Fresh Success vegetable seasoning mixes and have just announced an expansion of the line to include three new flavors: Garlic & Parmesan Sauce, Buffalo Cauliflower, and Street Taco. The new flavors are slated to hit shelves in July, just in time to help consumers enjoy more seasonal vegetables.

Samantha McCaul, Marketing Manager, Concord Foods“Our team takes extreme pride in providing products that align with current food trends and encourage greater consumption of fresh produce,” said Samantha McCaul, Marketing Manager. “These new items are not only going to excite shoppers, but our summer inspired combination in-store shipper, designed to display these new mixes, will also excite our shoppers. The new shipper holds eight times the amount of product, which will be a great asset for our retail partners to significantly increase department sales.”

The seasoning mixes contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives

Concord Foods dove deep into the sea of food trends, using extensive new product development practices, including research on unique flavors, popular restaurant flavors, and emerging recipes throughout specialty food markets. The three new flavors will join the company’s other 23 flavors of seasonings, and were curated with shoppers in mind, while capitalizing on this summer’s hottest plant-forward trends.

The three tantalizing flavors take your veg game to the next level, taking already trendy and coveted vegetables and pairing them with expertly crafted seasoning mixes. The Buffalo Cauliflower mix plays into the growing popularity of cauliflower as a meatless appetizer and grain-free menu option. The cauliflower’s popularity as a non-breaded veggie appetizer is expected to increase by 21.6 percent alone, according to the press release. The Garlic & Parmesan flavor pairs well with zoodles for a low-carb and grain-free dinner option, and the Street Taco mix elevates the flavors of fresh vegetables for a plant-based meal option.

The seasoning mixes contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, satisfying even the most discerning of shoppers, as well as those shoppers looking to expand their healthy eating options.
