FOWLER, CA - Pop up those umbrellas and don your sunglasses, because summer is nearly here! With consumers shifting their focus to seasonal activities, Bee Sweet Citrus is turning its attention to its summer citrus line.

“Off-shore Mandarins have arrived at Bee Sweet Citrus, signaling the start of our summer import program,” stated Sales Representative Joe Berberian. “Over the next few weeks, we will also receive Chilean lemons and Navel oranges to help our customers meet year-round demand for citrus.”

Bee Sweet is currently harvesting domestic Star Ruby Grapefruit, lemons, Valencia oranges, and Royal Red oranges. According to a press release, Chilean Mandarins are also available; Chilean lemons are expected to arrive by the first of July, and Navel oranges the second week of July.

“All imported product is brought to our main facility where it undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it’s shipped out to customers,” stated Berberian. “Our customers also have the option to re-pack any offshore product to meet specific pack styles throughout the program.”

As Bee Sweet states, year-round citrus availability is imperative to meet industry demand. All of the grower’s varieties are available in new, high-graphic packaging and meet high standards in quality and safety.
