Windset Farms Completes 64 Acre Expansion of Greenhouses in Santa Maria, California
Windset Farms® has completed the 64 acre expansion of its greenhouses in Santa Maria, California. This expansion brings the total acreage to 128; all of which is now in full production, according to a press release
“These greenhouses are some of the most highly technical and sustainable facilities in the world,” notes CEO Steven Newell. “With our greenhouses now fully operational and in production, we are able to supply even more of our customers with US grown tomatoes and cucumbers.”
The company produces tomatoes-on-the-vine, beefsteak, Campari, grape tomatoes, Roma, and other specialty tomatoes year-round in Santa Maria. Windset delivers anywhere in the US and Canadian markets.
