Price Chopper Supermarkets/Golub Corporation is welcoming Jay Mandrillo to Director of Bakery Merchandising reporting directly to Keith Frosceno, Group Vice President, Fresh Foods Merchandising, according to a press release. Mr. Mandrillo will be responsible for overseeing bakery procurement, merchandising, sales and developing competitive programs.

He comes to his new role at Price Chopper from Wakefern/ShopRite in NJ working in the bakery and produce areas. He has also worked previously for Pathmark, Kings Supermarkets and Stop and Shop. In his academic background, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
