In Memoriam: Paul Schillaci
Longtime employee of Wegmans Food Markets and The Fresh Market, Paul Schillaci has passed away at 54 after a brief illness.
Paul spent many years at Wegmans before moving to The Fresh Market as a buyer – his most recent position, according to an obituary.
Schillaci had a Bachelors degree from Cornell University and a Masters from North Carolina State University.
Survivors include his his wife, Sue Cannioto Schillaci and 3 sons, Steven, Mark and Daniel Schillaci.
Services will be held Saturday 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's memory may be directed to the National MS Society, Upstate New York Chapter, 1650 South Avenue, Suite 100, Rochester, 14620.
