Vision Sort Labeling Solutions Produce Traceability Labeling Technology
Vision Sort Labeling Solutions has recently signed on several large Central California packers as new customers for its Produce Traceability Labeling Technology.
The company’s latest technology provides much needed solutions to the Fruit & Vegetable Packers PTI and plant controls needs. Vision Sort has also reduced error on labeling to almost zero, made possible by a combination of software and hardware uniquely integrated together to maximize control over material handling, box and size recognition, and label application. Its Smart Conveyor is manufactured by Reedley, CA based Packline Technologies, Inc.
Vision Sort is also offering its conveyor diversion system that is integrated into its Vision Sort Software Suite.
“With our controls we are able to direct cartons that we have labeled to designated pallet stations and or mechanical palletizers via electronic carton controls. We are also working on new development that will be made public in the near future,” the company said in a release.
