The Bobek family has been growing and packing locally grown celery for the Midwest retail and foodservice markets for the past 10 years. In 2012, the company began with three acres of celery, expanding to over 45 acres today. To ensure the success of its crop, the farm begins with a celery variety that grows well in the Wisconsin climate and provides peak freshness, a milder flavor, and a snappier crunch.

With this new crop harvest underway, opportunities are abundant for the celery category. For more market updates and insights, keep clicking on ANUK.
