Scarlett Butter is a dual colored butter lettuce with a grassy aroma. This sweet and versatile lettuce and can be used for several foodservice applications.

Honey Gems is a gourmet whole-head lettuce. This European lettuce variety is a cross between Romaine and Butter lettuces. It can be served as a wedge, whole-head or loose leaf in a salad.
