Potandon Produce Promotes Several Key Employees in Sales Reorganization



Potandon Produce is promoting five key employees as part of a sales reorganization, according to a press release.



“These promotions reflect Potandon’s commitment to excellence with a new look and feel to the sales team, we can be more responsive to the needs of our customers,” said Dick Thomas, Senior Vice President of Sales.

Bernie Pavlock, Sales Manager and 20-year industry veteran, has been promoted to Director of Business Development and will be responsible for growing the category with existing customers and bringing new business on board.

J.P. Surerus, Sales Manager, has been promoted to Senior Retail Manager and will direct all day to day operations of the Potandon sales team. He brings 20 years of experience to this position with many years spent as a broker and a sales manager.

Stephanie Bench, a 12-year employee of Potandon, has been promoted to Foodservice Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing the day to day foodservice accounts serviced by the company. She has been working in the potato industry since 1991.

Travis Hess, a 19-year industry veteran, has been promoted to Wholesale Sales Manager, and will be responsible for managing the terminal market and regional distributors.

Joey Dutton, an 11-year Potandon employee, has been promoted to Key Account Sales Manager and will be primarily focused on managing the complexities of some of the company’s very large accounts.
