RPE Reveals New Tasteful Selections® Potatoes Your Way™ at GPFS 2023; Rachel Atkinson-Leach Details
ARVIN, CA - The innovation train is bringing one more passenger to station Global Produce & Floral Show. Conductor International Fresh Produce Association will be welcoming specialty potato brand Tasteful Selections® from RPE and its new product, Potatoes Your Way™.

As noted in the release, RPE recognizes that consumers search for potato-cooking solutions and recipe inspiration an average of 6,600 times each month. The product addresses a critical need for simplicity in the kitchen, as it offers a hassle-free cooking experience.
Presenting 16 oz of fresh Honey Gold® potatoes paired with carefully crafted seasoning, the offering comes in a sustainable fiber tray. This innovative offering combines consumer insights with culinary trends, providing value and convenience at a competitive price point.
Available in Garlic Parsley and Zesty Italian Herb, the varieties work in a variety of cooking conventions from crispy air fryer creations and quick microwave solutions to creamy mashed potatoes and roasted possibilities. The multipurpose, recyclable, and compostable tray can be used for microwaving, cutting, prepping, and presenting the potatoes. Now that’s convenient.
Industry research shows consumers crave potatoes that are convenient, easy to cook, and available in smaller portions, with access to recipe ideas. At home, preferences lean toward mashed, baked, and roasted varieties. Understanding these preferences, the RPE team focused on extensive culinary and consumer research.
