The Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Family is debuting the newest product and packaging for their expanding line at this year's PMA Fresh Summit in Atlanta, GA. The newest additions to the family are the Artisan Romaine and Artisan Boston lettuce. The packaging will feature similar designs but will be color coded to differentiate each leaf variety. Simple tips for preparation and usage will also be included, as well as recipe ideas and suggestions.
