International Fresh Produce Association's Mollie Van Lieu Set to Emcee at Food as Medicine Summit; Lauren M. Scott Comments



WASHINGTON, DC & NEWARK, CE - An upcoming discussion will highlight a valuable opportunity for the healthcare and food industries as International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Vice President of Nutrition and Health Mollie Van Lieu will emcee the Food as Medicine Summit, which takes place in Chicago, Illinois, from May 25–26. The two-day conference will focus on embedding Food as Medicine in the food and health systems on both a national and global level.

The event will be held both in person and online and will facilitate commercial, scientific, and collaboration conversations for food and beverage and healthcare, a press release noted.

Some of the speakers for the event include experts from Ocean Spray Cranberries, Kroger, and Walmart as well as the American Health Association, Feeding America, Spectrum Health, Sunbasket, Conagra, Tufts University, and more.
