Pacific International Marketing's Kim Fellom Discusses Foodservice Differentiators
SALINAS, CA - What do Romaine lettuce, celery sticks, and Brussels sprouts all have in common? They are all making their way to dinner plates throughout the foodservice industry as Pacific International Marketing uplifts the sector with its flavorful portfolio. To get a closer look at what the supplier has to offer foodservice operators, we recently caught up with Kim Fellom, Pacific’s Marketing Manager and Head of Sales.
“We are highlighting our Baby Romaine, which is a great item for any type of deli or restaurants," Kim states. "We also have our celery sticks—we have those in multiple sizes, in different packs and RPCS, and our 25 lb Brussels sprouts that seem to be a huge, popular item right now.”
With these top-notch foodservice offerings currently taking the spotlight, Pacific International Marketing is positioning itself as a go-to ally for foodservice operators as well as retailers.
Based in its main office in Salinas, California, Pacific wields over three decades of experience to continuously elevate its portfolio and uplift its partners.
“We’ve been around for 30-plus years, we’re employee-owned, we are very passionate about what we do,” Kim continues. “[A] majority of our employees have been there for 15–30 years, so we have longevity with us. We all pretty much know what we are doing, and we are very versatile. We have very little red tape. So, if you need something, and we don’t have it, we will work with you to make sure we can get that and get whatever you need.”
