Tom Hughes, President of Earth Fresh Foods, joins AndNowUKnow to tell us about the company's new potato program in North America. Earth Fresh is now presenting potatoes by usage, rather than by variety, in its new light blocking potato bags. The bags give the potatoes a 21 to 28 day shelf life, Hughes tells us, which effectively extends shelf life by more than double. Check them out!
