GLENNVILLE, GA - This year, three significant events align as the Vidalia® onion season, Viva Fresh Expo, and Major League Baseball (MLB) kick-off. Creating the perfect conditions for a marketing trifecta, Bland Farms® is setting the lineup for a home run season with its latest World Champion Taste campaign, headlined by a partnership with Will Smith, World Series Champion Pitcher of the Atlanta Braves, which the onion purveyor will have on full display at Viva Fresh.
“Vidalia sweet onions are special in that they are only grown in Southeast Georgia, but they are sold in all 50 states,” says Brian Silvas, Sales Manager. “They drive the onion category, and like the start of the baseball season, Vidalia’s bring excitement as they signal the start of summer.
